Biography
Robert W. Whittlesey is a PhD Student at the California Institute of Technology. He graduated summa cum laude from the Illinois Insitute of Technology with degress in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering in 2008. The following year, he received his master's of science degree in Aeronautics from the California Institute of Technology and began work in Prof. John Dabiri's lab studying aquatic propulsion.last updated october 6th, 2011
